The five properties in the 2,228-unit portfolio are in Arizona, Texas and Georgia.

All eyes should be on these markets as they capitalize on the new reality.

The firm has purchased the 236,000-square-foot, The Shops at Legacy North, which features both retail and office space in Plano, TX.
