The Temporary Restraining Order issued by Judge Beacham provides that Montclair cannot take any action to implement the rent control ordinance that was passed by the Township Council on April 5.

The firm says it will retain some operations at One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan as a satellite office.

New Jersey Community Capital, UCEDC, Regional Business Assistance Corporate, Cooperative Business Assistance Corporation, Greater Newark Enterprise Corporation (GNAC) and 1st Bergen Federal Credit Union will be participating in the authority's new CDFI Emergency Loan Loss Reserve Fund.

"The only path to a sustainable economic recovery is through a strong healthcare recovery," Gov. Murphy said.

The new law limits annual rent increases to 4.25% unless a tenant is 65 years of age or older in which case the rent increase is 2.5%.

The property is fully occupied by marketing firm ICS Corp. The industrial/warehouse and distribution facility serves as the corporate headquarters of ICS Corp.
