Joseph Caraciolo assumes his new role while continuing as SVP and director of property management at Helmsley Spear.

The joint venture acquired the 305,000-square-foot property in the Bronx for $89 million.

State Assemblywoman Eliana Pintor Marin, who chairs the budget committee, said, “There are good opportunities in the new programs, but to allow Grow NJ and ERG to expire would be a mistake.”

The lease expansion marks the second time that Kaufman Dolowich Voluck has expanded its footprint at the three-building, 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex over the past 10 years.

Scottsdale Jet Center currently leases 45,000 square feet of office space, 24,000 square feet of T-hangar space, tie-down spaces and shades. Planning for the new FBO terminal and 30,000-square-foot hangar is currently underway.

“Inaction on critically important infrastructure projects such as Gateway has serious consequences and the cost of delay is extraordinarily high for our nation. That's why it was so important to see the project first-hand and hold this field roundtable,” said House T&I Chair Peter DeFazio.

The facility, which is approximately 85% occupied, offers climate-controlled, non-climate, and parking units.

Mack-Cali calls the Bow Street proposal "grossly inadequate, illusory, unworkable," while Bow Street managing partner Akiva Katz says Mack-Cali is "clearly undervalued, but we don't think the undervaluation can be resolved in its current structure."
