Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine announced the agreement late last week. The temporary manager, Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting, will remain in place until the department determines it is no longer necessary.

The opening will include the launch of the mall's indoor Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park and DreamWorks Water Park—16 acres of fully enclosed family amusement experience; Big SNOW Ski and Snowboard Park – North America's 1st indoor snow sports center; the Ice Rink—a NHL‐size skating and hockey facility and Angry Birds 18‐hole Miniature Golf experience.

Commercial real estate brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield reported the three New Jersey leases as well as lease deals in Connecticut and Long Island. In total, the firm has leased approximately 28,000 square feet in new deals in the New York metro region.

The Lourdes Health System includes Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, NJ; Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County, Lourdes Medical Associates, and Lourdes Cardiology Services—all of which are now part of Virtua.

Secaucus, NJ-based Hartz Mountain sold 155 Tice Blvd. to Sheila Properties. The property is fully-occupied by Eisai, Inc., the American subsidiary of global Japanese-based pharmaceutical company Eisai Co. Ltd.

The Wayne, PA-based firm sold 800 Walnut St., a 12-story 153,242-square-foot medical office building for $99.25 million to the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Liberty Property Trust developed the medical office tower in 2013 for $48.5 million.
