The development team of Hornrock Properties of Park Ridge, NJ and Livingston, NJ-based BNE Real Estate Group recently held a ribbon cutting for the five-story development located at 1 Harrison Ave.

Marketing of the 236-unit development began just four months ago. The 60% leased milestone came last week as construction on the Harbor 1500's 42,000 square feet of amenities came to a close.

Under Jonathan Morgan's leadership, Morgan Properties has acquired more than $5 billion of real estate comprised of more than 30,000 apartment units.

“After years of mismanagement, our administration's first budget included a historic increase in funding for NJ TRANSIT, enabling the agency to begin a rebuilding process to restore safety and reliability for commuters,” said Gov. Murphy.

Beech Spring Apartments is a 53-unit garden-style apartment community situated in the northwest corner of Union County in proximity to the Short Hills Mall.

The planned hospital closure came as the city got hit with the news that after the massive June 21 fire and explosion at its oil refinery in South Philadelphia, Philadelphia Energy Solutions notified the state Department of Labor its plans to shut down the facility.
