Kimmerle Newman Architect's 111 Littleton Road, a three story, 36,389 square-foot office building located in the heart of Parsippany, NJ was converted from a tired Class C building into a modern Class A structure, and was nominated and won a Good Neighbor Award from the New Jersey Business & Industry Association as well.
