TUSTIN, CA-Hanover Financial Co. of Los Angeles and Laguna Niguel-based BR Birtcher Franklin LP acquire the 11-building, 157,000-sf Tustin Business Center from a private investment group.

FOOTHILL RANCH, CA-The Newport Beach investment firm buys the 208,620-sf, recently completed Foothill Plaza office center from an affiliate of Searles DevCorp., also of Newport Beach, with plans to finance its lease-up for a future sale.

IRVINE, CA-Timeshare developer MPTV Inc. has renewed its permits to renovate five buildings at its Lake Tropicana timeshare resort near Las Vegas, which is planned to include 144 apartments in 22 buildings, a tennis court, a spa, swimming pools and other recreation facilities. MPTV is seeking funding to complete the project.

CYPRESS, CA-The manufacturing company inks a 62-month lease for industrial space at 6185 Phyllis Dr. The new tenant is joining current occupants Foxconn and GTECH in the facility.

LAKE FOREST, CA-The property is acquired by Sy Corp. of San Clemente in a transaction valued at $2.8 million. The company is using the facility for distribution.

ANAHEIM, CA-Orange-based Win-Dor acquires an industrial building located within the Orangewood Stadium Business Park. It is one of three facilities that have recently sold here.
