PHOENIX—In this edition of Deal-Tracker, CBRE completes the sale of the Shops at Dynamite & Tatum, a retail strip center located at 28255 N Tatum Blvd, in Cave Creek. The asset sold for $1.9 million.

PHOENIX—Construction and conversion has begun for The Circuit Tempe, a 190,000-square-foot ultra-modern, high density, class A office project at 615 S. River Dr. in Tempe. Formerly an industrial manufacturing facility for Jabil Circuit, the sizable building has been dramatically re-designed to serve as the Valley's first speculative large-scale, millennial focused office property.

PHOENIX—CBRE has completed the sale of Welnick Bros. Marketplace located at 345 W. Van Buren St. in Downtown Phoenix. The property has been earmarked for a future, urban-infill retail project. The sale is yet another testament to the Downtown area's revitalization—this time capitalizing on a bit of history.
