Harbor, which is headquartered in Norfolk, VA and has offices in New York City, Baltimore and Israel, closed on the sale on the 100,700-square-foot three story office building on July 25, according to commercial brokerage firm CBRE.

“Our residential platform will continue to grow in D.C., and across the US, from both acquisition and development as we look to establish a platform that exceeds 10,000 units by 2023,” says Oxford's Jeff Turkanis.

The 12-year lease will commence in April 2020 upon renovations to the 270,000SF space.

The company partnered with the Bahrain-based asset manager to acquire 6 private-pay senior living communities in California, Washington and Michigan.

The management company's first OZ fund— Opportunity Zone Fund I—has a target to raise $10 million from inventors and is set to launch in late 2019. The firm hopes to secure its first acquisition in January 2020.
