Upon completion of the buildings in late 2019, there will be 43 buildings in CenterPoint totaling approximately 10.7 million square feet.

The firm is acquiring three buildings totaling 409,000 square feet, a redevelopment totaling 120,000 square foot and 72 acres for the development of 528,000 square feet.  

George Comfort & Sons leased 60,000 square feet in its Midtown tower to Cosentini Associates, which is part of the engineering and consulting firm, Tetra Tech.

Two shopping center transactions recently closed in DFW; one was the sale of McAlister Square, a 169,378-square-foot center, and Woodbridge Centre, a 22,063-square-foot Kroger shadow-anchored center.

The tech company is moving into the new building where Aetna was going to relocate its headquarters before its acquisition by CVS scuttled those plans.
