With the four new hires, in less than four months Cresa has hired 123 employees, bringing its worldwide workforce to more than 1,100.

The borrower, White Lodging, will use loan proceeds will be used to retire the existing construction loan, repatriate a portion of sponsor equity, and cover closing costs for Aloft and Element Austin Downtown.

“We have regularly focused on how to take our business to the next level in every aspect,” says Adam Neumann.

While the county and Standard Amusements have been in negotiations regarding a number of contractual issues identified by the Latimer Administration last year, the two sides now appear to be on a clear path to settle the dispute in a courtroom.

“We are looking to grow our footprint at this point,” said partner Lynda Galligan, who has led the firm's California growth. “We have everything covered, it's just a matter of growth.”

JDS Development Group received the loan for their 1,066-foot-tall building scheduled to be completed in 2022.

On April 9, the Pennsylvania Superior Court held that a commercial landlord was entitled to recover certain portions of unpaid additional rent under a lease agreement but limited the landlord's recovery based on the statute of limitations.
