The 234,000-square-foot, LEED Gold-certified office building, 99M, sold to an affiliate of Polinger Development Company.

The iconic Galleria Office Towers, three class-A office buildings totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet, have sold to Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc.

SL Green Realty Corp., a New York-based office real estate investment trust, has sold 315 West 33rd St., an undeveloped parcel of land with a gross valuation of $446.5 million, or approximately $906 per square foot, to an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management.

The property a 1515 Garnet Mine Road here was sold by Evergreen Private Finance of Washington, DC to New York-based BHN Associates.

Anchoring the property will be WeWork and locally-based CA Ventures, which combined will occupy in excess of 120,000 square feet at the more than 172,000-square-foot, 12-story building.

The seller is an affiliate of Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust.

Following the closing of the transaction, PersonalizationMall.com will continue to provide product and personalization services to Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuy BABY.

The two-year, floating rate financing deal was provided by Rialto Capital Management on behalf of the Normandy Opportunity Zone.
