Apple is working to identify private developers who are ready to start construction on affordable housing projects in the Bay Area immediately.

This is the second newly completed Broward County industrial project sold by builder Bridge Development Partners this year.

The plan includes the first residential development in the area between PNC Park and Heinz Field, new green space, and a new privately-constructed parking garage, city officials say.

The property, which will feature more than 450,000 square feet of office space, public amenities, retail and food and beverage outlets, will occupy a full city block, bounded by North Green, West Fulton Market, Wayman, and Halsted streets in the Chicago West Loop neighborhood.

Transwestern reports that average asking rents for industrial space in New Jersey rose to $8.59-per-square-foot, marking the largest quarterly increase since the fourth quarter of 2018.

The new hospital, which will be the centerpiece of Valley's healthcare campus in Paramus, will be funded through the issuance of bonds, hospital equity and philanthropic contributions. Valley anticipates the new hospital could open as early as 2023.
