Ericka Witkowski, previous director of office leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, has founded the technology-forward, landlord, tenant and owner representation firm, Witko Group.

The company originally acquired the 192,000-square-foot, Florida distribution property in 2010 for $7.8 million.

In a bill expected to be unveiled today, Republicans will join Democrats in seeking to extend the federal ban on evictions.
