BILLERICA, MA-Creo Inc. relocates its Creo Americas headquarters to a 90,000-sf facility on 3 Federal St. as part of a company-wide consolidation effort. The company is moving out of its Bedford, MA location and will transfer its manufacturing operation near Creo Inc.'s headquarters in Canada.

DENVER-Sandra Sage is in charge of day-to-day operations at the historic Lower Downtown hotel. Sage Hospitality Resources, a company she joined earlier this year, has managed the Oxford since 1984.

MIAMI-The South Florida developer plans to start the 237-unit, luxury apartment community, Fairview Forest Signature Apartment Homes, in January and finish in late summer. The estimated project cost is $25 million.
