MIAMI-The patio enclosure manufacturer sold a 71,250-sf building to Case Holding Co. for $2.4 million. It also purchased 10.31 acres of land from Lyons Tech II LLC for $2.47 million and plans to construct a 200,000-sf build-to-suit-for-purchase facility there for $6 million.
ORLANDO-For the second time in three years, the locally based celebrity-themed restaurant chain is emerging from Chapter 11. The company once owned or controlled an estimated 2.4 million sf of retail around the world but that has now dwindled to around 900,000 sf.

PHILADELPHIA-The industrial vacancy rate in Philadelphia County's market of primarily second- and third-generation buildings fell to 13.43% in third quarter, down from 13.7% in the previous three months. Net absorption is unlikely to rebound by year-end, according to Trammell Crow Co. research.
