DENVER-The city will pay $200 million in rent to Mile High Development over the next 25 years. Ownership of the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building, which cost $132 million to build, will then revert to the city.
HOUSTON-Milestone Mortgage stays in the Westchase submarket, but switches the address. The firm exits 3200 Wilcrest for 10255 Richmond Ave., a 101,522-sf suburban office building that's now 63% occupied.
