ORLANDO-Court-appointed trustee Bill Cuthill Jr. is suing 76 individuals and corporations to recover $8.1 million in the 17-month-old fraud investigation of a defunct local firm that allegedly fleeced 2,203 investors out of a total $214 million in unregistered mortgage-backed securities.
SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The bank picks Scottsdale's Forum for its second metro branch, a leased spot formerly used as a jewelry store and bank branch. The lease is valued at $2.2 million for the 9,000 sf space.
