EULESS, TX-Bennett Realty Group is lining up a world-class team to design a town center on 218 acres once ticketed for a regional mall. Two million sf of office, 500,800 sf of retail and entertainment, two hotels and 1,500 lofts and condos are now being planned.

COSTA MESA, CA-Los Angeles-based Latham & Watkins LLP plans to stay put at 650 Town Center Dr., as the law firm has inked a 10-year lease for 70,000 sf here. The 21-story building is located in The Offices of South Coast Plaza, which includes about 1.4 million sf of landmark office properties.

SUGAR LAND, TX-A residential lighting distributor that started out seven years ago in just 5,000 sf has signed a lease for 22,535 sf. The firm has expanded several times. This time, buying was discussed and then ruled out due to the unpredictable growth.

BELLEVUE, WA-John Howie is opening Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar in Civica Office Commons, a new two-tower, 300,000-sf development in Downtown Bellevue owned by Schnitzer Northwest. The 8,000 SF lease completes the lease-up of Civica's retail space.
