FT. WORTH-In a late Friday afternoon signing, a Bass family entity has taken title to the tornado-damaged Bank One Tower in the CBD. The official buyer, Block 82 Partners LP, will immediately start making plans to raze the landmark structure.

ORLANDO-Echelon Residential is breaking ground on Echelon at Uptown, a planned five-story, 244-unit complex on north Orange Avenue at Marks Street. Estimated construction cost: $13 million.
BETHESDA, MD-Host Marriott Corporation has closed on the $130 million offering, the proceeds of which will be used for capital improvements, acquisitions and paying off debt. Five financial institutions underwrote the offer.
