DUNDEE, MI-Krestec Engineering is building a 256,000-sf manufacturing plant here that will create 280 jobs. State and village incentives total nearly $7 million. Construction begins in August with completion scheduled in July 2002.

BOSTON-Hotel occupancy rates here are down 3.9% for the first four months of the year as compared with the same period last year. This is the first time in nearly a decade that hotels here are experiencing a decrease in occupancy.
