An interactive "smart playroom" for the next generation, Sandbox is introduced as the final amenity in Zaha Hadid's 520 W 28th Street.

The three business parks total 1.3 million square feet in Montgomery County, MD.

The Pod Philly is the Pod Hotels brand's sixth location. Other locations pioneered by hoteliers Richard Born and Ira Drukier, include four existing Pod Hotels in Manhattan (developed by BD hotels) and the Pod DC in Washington, DC (developed by Modus Hotels).
