DALLAS-Transwestern Commercial Service's Dallas office has won the prize in a competitive bidding for a 2.6-million sf industrial portfolio owned by Teachers. Leasing and management duties will be handled by TCS executives, John Fulton and Todd Jones.

AUSTIN-CB Richard Ellis' Austin office has found a second taker for part of the 100,000 sf of office space vacated by Globeset. California-based Interwoven will be relocated its Austin office from about 3,000 sf downtown to 22,239 sf at Stonebridge I.
