CUPERTINO, CA-Mission West Properties Inc. announced last week a 27% increase in its quarterly dividend. The company will pay 19 cents a common share on April 10 to all common stockholders of record as of March 30.

CHICAGO-The company buys the 140-room luxury Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita on the 'Mexican Pacific Rivera' from Dine, a subsidiary of DESC, SA de CV, and Four Seasons for an undisclosed price.
