CARROLLTON, TX-A 160,451-sf pact has been sealed with $600,000 in improvements to an office-warehouse to accommodate the world headquarters for Prime Source Building Products. The Carrollton-based company will relocate its operation in March.

DANVILLE, CA-The locally based real estate firm has purchased a 28,000-sf property at 4185 Blackhawk Circle Plaza that is serving as the company's new headquarters, though it doesn't yet need all the space.

HOUSTON-Walgreen, which operates 347 stores in Texas, has added a 93,000-sf warehouse to its Houston portfolio. The new tenant is taking all of the structure, which is situated close to others in the Walgreen property mix.
