GEORGETOWN, TX-Quorum Equities has secured 135 acres from Apple Computer that had been ticketed for a manufacturing plant of 1.2-million sf or more. Two big-box retailers have been signed for the proposed retail project and more are sure to follow.

ATLANTA-The California-based firm paid $166.66 per sf for Preston Ridge IV, a six-story, 150,000-sf, 90%-leased building in the Preston Ridge business park, 25 miles north of Downtown. The locally-based developer will continue to lease and manage the property.
