The Airport Area of Orange County is leading the market for new multifamily construction.

The 180-room hotel is located between the tower building’s 48th and 60th stories. The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia also features 39 suites at the Comcast Tower that is the tallest building in the City of Philadelphia.

The property will serve as Fashionphile’s Northeast operations. In addition to its headquarters in Carlsbad, CA Fashionphile has brick-and-mortar studios in Beverly Hills, San Francisco, Carlsbad and New York City.

The two companies are partnering to build a portfolio of student housing assets across the US.
