The West Coast arm of Lincoln Property Co. acquired a six-property office portfolio with assets located in both north and south Orange County.

Waltham, MA-based Saracen Properties purchased the 172,813-square-foot office building in partnership with investment firm Cadre, which is headquartered in New York City.

AECOM and Canyon Partners have formed a joint venture to focus on build-to-core assets, saying the asset class is among the best investment opportunities in today's market.

The 1.48-million-square-foot portfolio is located in 11 states and is approximately 94% leased to the federal government and 99% leased overall.
