A Marcus & Millichap retail specialist is observing many of his clients selling assets to invest in triple net properties like 7-11 and Wawa convenience stores.

Its community-centric focus is evident in the South Lake Union SoulCycle location, which connects both at an intimate neighborhood scale as well as a lifestyle hub at a global tech campus scale.

Urban Outfitters will lease a new 309,000 square foot industrial facility that was just announced as a spec build in October.
