Strategic Student & Senior Housing Trust Inc., a public non-traded REIT sponsored by SmartStop Asset Management LLC, purchased Courtyard at Mt. Tabor senior facility for $92 million.

The portfolio consists of 65 primarily mid-market apartment block buildings of which approximately 70% are located in and around Madrid.

The expansion space is located a few blocks from the school's longtime home at 241 Water St. which has been reconfigured to serve the school's pre-primary program through third grade students.
