AUSTIN-A state capital-headquartered IT company has landed a lucrative contract for its B2B applications. Vignette, making headlines for its proposed downtown project, has forged a relationship with the Wall Street Journal.

HOUSTON-Home Depot's subsidiary, Maintenance Warehouse, is taking 66,752 sf in West Port after inking a buyout deal for NEthing Supply, which has operations in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. The buyout establishes an instant presence in the Texas market.

ATLANTA-The expansion gives the locally-based firm more room for offices, laboratories and manufacturing. The five-year lease for 38,000 sf at an estimated value of $1.3 million increases the firm's space to 68,000 sf.

CASTLE ROCK, WA-The city is contracting with Gibbs & Olson of nearby Longview, WA after more than 15 years of being serviced by the Cowlitz County Building and Planning Department, which wanted to cut down on its extra workload.
