Airport Plaza is a class-A, two-building office property totaling 121,841 square feet located at 5000 and 5001 Airport Plaza Drive in Long Beach.

ING Capital LLC closed $402 million in financing for Paramount Group to fund its acquisition of Market Center, a two-building 753,000-square-foot class-A office complex located at 555 and 575 Market.

The firm purchased Roosevelt Commons, a class-A office complex in the University of Washington's Innovation District/U-District for $157 million.

Axis Raintree is a 175,000-square-foot class-A speculative office development in Scottsdale.

The REIT has renewed its 400,000 square-foot-lease with Perishing, LLC, a subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon, at 95 Columbus in Jersey City.

The deal with Sterling Bay increases Convene's total Chicago footprint to nearly 425,000 square feet.
