While landlords from West L.A. to Downtown L.A. to Hollywood are looking to attract creative tenants, Century City has become the hub for traditional tenants.

What the tech sector is seeing in its expansion in New York City, according to attorney Jared E. Paioff, a partner at the law firm Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas.

Now, with the 26th-floor lease, Signature Bank's square footage at 1400 Broadway totals 111,872 square feet.

The Puget Sound area has many large corporations driving growth such as Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks and Costco, leading to construction of all building types.
