Verizon Media will occupy a large portion of the Coleman Highline development and Roku Inc. leased 730,000 square feet of the project for its new corporate headquarters.

The property, which will feature more than 450,000 square feet of office space, public amenities, retail and food and beverage outlets, will occupy a full city block, bounded by North Green, West Fulton Market, Wayman, and Halsted streets in the Chicago West Loop neighborhood.

The new development is a five-story 67,426 square-foot, mixed-use building with 5,878 square feet of ground floor commercial space, 100 residential units.
