There is still demand for power center and regional center deals, but investors have become more critical of these shopping centers.

Altitude Trampoline Park has reached an area development agreement with an investment group to open, own and operate 100 facilities by 2020, says CEO Curt Skallerup in this <b>EXCLUSIVE</b>.

" Because Atlanta still has a lot of room for growth, from a population standpoint, I believe the sales will catch up over time as more people move to the area, but I don't believe the retailers can sustain this current trajectory as it relates to rental rate increases," says Franklin Street managing director Monetha Cobb.

Restaurants and food service are the foundation for a strong tenant mix, then fitness centers and finally fashion boutiques.
