The privately held commercial real estate investment and management firm recently completed three commercial-property transactions in Southern California, including the sale of a multi-tenant industrial asset in Rowland Heights, the acquisition of a single-story office building in Encinitas and the acquisition of a two-story office building in San Dimas.
