WelshCo Builds Philanthropic Foundation

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-Welsh Charitable Foundation is spearheaded by Jean Kane, who recently was promoted to president. Such local organizations as Parents in Community Action and Sharing and Caring Hands will get funds.

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-WelshCo, a $125-million privately held, full-service commercial real estate company, recently formed a philanthropic arm called the Welsh Charitable Foundation. Spearheaded by WelshCo’s new president, Jean Kane, Welsh Charities is already providing assistance for such local organizations as Parents in Community Action, Sharing and Caring Hands, Corner House Interagency Child Abuse Center, Minnesota Teen Challenge, Urban Ventures Leadership Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.

Welsh is a commercial real estate company with services in every aspect of commercial real estate including office, industrial and retail brokerage, corporate services, propertymanagement, facility management, construction, community development services, architecture, development, mortgage banking and investment services.
