ST. PAUL, MN-Glaser Financial Group recently financed and assumed mortgage loan servicing duties for more than $100 million in mortgages on 14 projects, including 10 projects in Minnesota. David Williams, executive vice president of the St. Paul-based commercial mortgage banker, arranged a $3.49-million permanent mortgage for Hampden Square, 86-unit apartment building in St. Paul, and a $926,000 permanent mortgage for Courtyard Apartments, a 48-unit property in St. Cloud, MN.

He also arranged a $2.1-million permanent mortgage for Schule Haus Apartment, a 52-unit property in Jordan, MN and a $14.5-million permanent mortgage for The Rivers, a 176-unit independent senior housing and assisted living property in Burnsville, MN.

Curt Glaser, Glaser’s chief executive officer, arranged $13.7-million mortgage for Salem GreenApartments, a 320-unit apartment property located in Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Kevin Filter, Glaser’s president, arranged a construction loan and $15-million mortgage for the rehabilitation of Skyline Towers Apartments, a 506-unit property in St. Paul. Filter also arranged a $1-million construction and permanent mortgage for Community Plaza Townhomes, a 40-unit townhome property in St. Paul.

Tim Larkin, commercial loan officer, arranged three construction loans and mortgages: a $452,500 mortgage for Southridge Townhomes, a 24-unit property in Kasson, MN; a $976,400 mortgage for Turtle Ridge Townhomes, a new 30-unit townhome property in St. Francis, MN; and an $882,700 mortgage for Waters Edge Townhomes, a 30-unit townhome property in Watertown, MN.

The firm also funded four other projects, one each in Texas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, and Arkansas.
