Garber Travel Relocates to 30,000-SF Office

BOSTON-Garber Travel is relocating its global headquarters to 27 Boylston St. in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood. The 56-year old travel agency, which is the region’s largest family-owned travel agency and one of the top 25 travel management companies in the country, is moving into the 30,000-sf office that formerly housed the Harcourt General office.

The company is moving from its location on Commonwealth Avenue, where it held an office for the past 20 years. The company stresses that the move to the new space was prompted by its “extraordinary growth”–which is considered quite an accomplishment in an industry that was one of most severely affected by the events of 9/11.
