FORT COLLINS, CO-NorthMarq Capital has arranged $3.97 million in financing for the RP Plaza Shopping Center at 420-60 S. College Ave. in this northern Colorado city. The 61,831-sf shopping center was constructed in 1989 and is on 2.77 acres.

The major anchor is Safeway.

Greg Benjamin, vice president of NorthMarq’s Denver office, arranged the financing for the borrower, BoReal Builders, a Colorado LLC.

NorthMarq is a national real estate investment banker providing financing for commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, multifamily and assisted living development.

Servicing a portfolio of $10.5 billion on behalf of 50 institutional investors, NorthMarq Capital is headquartered in Minneapolis.
