CHICAGO-The proprietor of Streeter Place, an apartment tower having 480 units at 355 E. Ohio St. in Streeterville, has secured a loan of $87 million from Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. to refinance the property. The building was completed in 2009 by a joint venture headed by Golub & Co.

The $175-million project was financed with a loan of $133.8 million from the Union Labor Life Insurance Co. The joint venture also includes a unit of BlackRock Realty Advisors Inc. and AEW Capital Partners.For the full story, go to Crain’s Chicago Business.
