Muhlstein’s Role at JLL Will be Managing Director

LOS ANGELES-As GlobeSt.com exclusively reported yesterday, Carl Muhlstein, vice chairman of capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield of California in the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office has moved to Jones Lang LaSalle. At the time, neither JLL nor C&W had a comment or any further details, and Muhlstein did not respond to inquiries, but now GlobeSt.com has exclusively learned that he will serve as managing director at JLL and will specialize in creative office space and in working with entertainment firms in L.A.

Muhlstein is joined by senior vice president Hayley Blockley. Muhlstein and Blockley will be based in the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office located at 515 South Flower St. in Los Angeles.
