Luxury Multifamily: Not Just for Miami Anymore

PALM BEACH, FL—Jefferson West Palm Beach will be the latest high-end apartment building in the most active real estate development area of West Palm Beach. Get all the details.

PALM BEACH, FL—Miami isn’t the only South Florida city seeing luxury multifamily rising from the dirt. Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG) just broke ground on Jefferson West Palm Beach.

Located in West Palm Beach, FL, the 13-building multifamily project will include 282 luxury apartment units on an 11.14-acre site. JAG expects to open the doors to the apartment community in November. Ten three-story garden style apartment buildings with stucco exteriors, and luxury units with nine-foot ceilings, energy efficient windows. and stainless steel appliances, will make up the multifamily complex.
