Savills Studley Forms Capital Markets Group

WASHINGTON, DC—The group is already working on two transactions, one in DC and in one the Caribbean, Stephanie Lynch tells GlobeSt.com's Erika Morphy.

WASHINGTON, DC—Savills Studley has formed a capital markets group staffed by Patricia Earnest, Stephanie Lynch, and Lindsay Stroud of PRC Real Estate Investment Banking. They are joining as senior managing directors.

The group will be based in the local area, but will service clients nationwide. Savills Studley has two other capital markets groups under its umbrella, one in New York City and one in Los Angeles. The New York City group primarily works on local deals, while the one in Los Angeles focuses on international capital and to a lesser extent, national deals.
