Weingarten Realty Investors Announces Note Pricing

HOUSTON—Weingarten Realty Investors announced the pricing of $250 million of 3.250% notes due 2026 in an underwritten public offering, scheduled to close on August 11, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.

HOUSTON—Weingarten Realty Investors announced the pricing of $250 million of 3.250% notes due 2026 in an underwritten public offering. The notes were offered at 99.155% of the principal amount with a yield to maturity of 3.350%. The offering is scheduled to close on August 11, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.

Weingarten intends to use the net proceeds to repay a portion of the amount outstanding under its $500 million unsecured revolving credit facility.
