Treeline Inks Four Law Firm Leases

GARDEN CITY—Spread across a portfolio of office buildings and a four-property development here, the agreements all were renewals and—in some cases, expansions.

400 GARDEN CITY PLAZA Two law firms have renewed their space, with one of the companies also expanding, at 400 Garden City Plaza.

GARDEN CITY, NY—Treeline has renewed nearly 100,000 square feet of long-term law firm leases in its Garden City Plaza portfolio and Franklin Avenue Plaza complex. The Class A, Garden City Plaza portfolio includes 100, 200, 300 and 400 Garden City Plaza.

Berkman, Henoch, Petersen & Peddy has signed a long-term renewal for more than 33,000 square feet at Treeline’s 100 Garden City Plaza. Treeline EVP Kraig Silver represented both the tenant and the owner for the deal.
