RAIT Financial's Silverman Joining CBRE

Adam Silverman

WAYNE, PA — Adam Silverman has joined CBRE’s Investment Sales Team as vice president in its Wayne office. Silverman will partner with Steve Marzullo and focus on investment sales suited to the private arena. “We are so excited to welcome Adam to CBRE’s Philadelphia Regional team,” says Robert Walters , executive managing director.  “ Adam brings a wealth of experience in finance, asset management, acquisition and development and his partnership with Steve Marzullo will further enhance our investment sales expertise for private investors as we anticipate a high level of activity in 2016.” Before joining CBRE , Silverman was a director at RAIT Financial Trust , a Philadelphia based mortgage REIT, where he was responsible for originating new bridge and CMBS loans across all major property types. Silverman also spent six years at Keystone Property Group as vice president of acquisitions and portfolio management, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing on office and industrial acquisitions in the Southeast region as well as overseeing his region’s asset management responsibilities. Earlier in his career, he was a senior land manager for Orleans Homebuilders , where he handled land acquisitions throughout the Philadelphia tri-state area. Silverman holds a BA in Journalism from Temple University .
