NEWPORT BEACH, CA-A subsidiary of the locally based real estate developer and investor, Capital Pacific Holdings Inc., has completed the unsecured loan facility with four major banks. The loan proceeds will be utilized for the repayment of existing secured bank debt and other general working capital purposes, Capital Pacific says.
WESTMINSTER, CA-Pyramid Logistics had been leasing the building since February. Located in the Westminster Business Center, it encompasses 56,679 sf. It is one of three freestanding distribution buildings that comprise the center.
TORRANCE, CA-The company, Golden Star LLC, has paid $2 million for a vacant parcel in Torrance. It plans to build a 20,000-sf retail center on the site. The complex will feature a Mediterranean design and will include 12 retail stores.
