ORLANDO-Carroll Fulmer, president, Carroll Fulmer Logistics Corp., Orlando plans to break ground in October on a 23-acre industrial site in neighboring south Lake County, adjacent to the county's 90%-sold-out Christopher C. Ford Industrial Park in Groveland, FL.
