LOS ANGELES-The industrial building has been occupied by a wholesale distribution company, which signed a four-year sublease valued at $4.1 million.
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA-The company, Huntington Beach-based Intertrade Aviation, has paid $1.6 million for the facility. The sale is the latest signal that demand for small and mid-sized industrial properties is continuing to grow countywide.
IRVINE, CA-Locally based Pacific Newport Properties sells 755,137-sf warehouse and distribution facility in Mira Loma to insurance and financial-services giant Allianz of America. The project is fully leased to Wal-Mart.
SANTA ANA-The auto retail complex, which encompasses 20,381 sf, is occupied by Jiffy Lube and Bridgestone Tires. The seller is Frye Family Partnership and the buyer is T & N Tustin Investments Inc.
LOS ANGELES-Encompassing 88,215 sf, the Marina Corporate Centre office building is fully leased to Edu Trek International. It is the second large office building to be sold in the West LA area in recent weeks, and local experts are optimistic that these and other pending transactions signal a recovery in the Westside market.

LOS ANGELES-The 118,947-sf building has been snatched up by a real estate partnership, as the vacancy rate countywide has dropped into the low single digits. It is expected that demand will continue to outpace supply, as there is little space available for additional development.
LOS ANGELES-Principals of the nationwide video game distributor, JB Marketing, have paid nearly $1 million for the industrial facility. Located on a half-acre parcel, the building will allow JB to expand its headquarters and its warehousing operations.
